Students, faculty and staff at Torrington High School are pleased to announce an all-new charity drive to benefit the local community. The "Raiders Rally for Torrington" is a four-hour, multi-event fundraiser to benefit the local chapter of Susan B. Anthony, FISH/Friends in Service to Humanity, and Friendly Hands Foodbank.
Come be a part of this fun and exciting activity as we celebrate our town - all while contributing to some great causes! There is something for everyone in our list of events .. and it only requires $25 in pledges to take part. See the list below for the challenges that will be running.
Can't take part in a challenge? Be a part of our support staff. We will need plenty of helpers to keep everything running smoothly.
Too Much to Consider?? Just go to our donation page and make a contribution -- EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS! ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE CHARITIES OF TORRINGTON!

- Dance-a-thon - THS Cafeteria - 8 to 11 am
- Rock-a-Thon - THS Gym or Cafeteria - 7 to 11 am
- Read-a-thon in the LMC - THS Library/Media Center - 7 to 11 am
- Weightlifting Challenge - THS Auxiliary Gym, 8 to 10 am
- Costume Dash on the Track - THS Track - 9 to 11 am
- Jump Rope-a-thon - THS Gym - 7 to 11 am
- Limbo Competition - THS Gym - 7 to 9 am
- Hula-Hoop competition - THS Gym - 9 to 11 am
- Knock-Out Basketball Tournament - THS Gym - 7 to 11 am
- Walk-a-Thon - THS Track - 7 to 11 am
- Swim-a-Thon: To take place on an earlier day at the YMCA
